Yes, women, African Americans, and Lgbtq+ are all part of the "we" in "We the people" Even though they may look different or don't act/ do the same things they are still people. In "We the people" it's people, it does not discriminate or exclude anybody it just says people, nothing else. In today's world women, African Americans, and Lgbtq+ have many opportunities for jobs, homeowning, and holding seats in government. The world has changed. People in today's society are now more comfortable with women, African Americans, and Lgbtq+ doing more and having freedom just like everybody else. Unlike when women couldn't have jobs, African Americans were slaves, and Lgbtq+ wasn't accepted.
