The situation in Europe is very complicated with the birth rates and death rates, as well as emigration and immigration. In all of the European countries the death rate is bigger than the birth rate, except for Ireland, Albania and Kosovo. The situation with the birth rate is most critical in Western Europe were most of the countries are below 1.6 children per family. On the other hand countries from Eastern Europe experience big emigration, their population mainly emigrates to Western Europe and USA. Also there's an ever growing immigration from the Muslim countries of Asia, as well as from Africa, towards Western Europe. The immigrants have much higher birth rates, so the number of the population is at the same level and doesn't drop. If this trend continues, in the very near future Europe will experience growth in population because of this quickly growing populations of the new immigrants.
