If Sue paid 6$ and ratio Micah and Sue is 2:5. So Micah paid 2:5=x:6
x=2*6/5=2.4$

Sue and Micah in total paid 6+2.4=8.4$

Will paid 1/3 of bill, so Sue and Micah paid1-1/3=2/3 of bill
So total bii is 8.4/2*3=12.6
