The pancreatic hormone that functions to raise blood glucose level is GLUCAGON HORMONE.
Glucagon hormone is secreted by the pancreas. Its principal function is to raise the blood glucose level when the concentration of glucose inside the blood is below the normal level. It does this by converting glycogen into glucose which the cells of the body can use for their biochemical process.
