The answer is what I have attached as an image. There are two ovals. The oval on the left is the input oval with the numbers -2, -1, 3 and 6 inside. There are arrows connecting those values to the number -4 in the other oval, which is the set of outputs. This relation is a function. The reason why is because each input leads to exactly one output.
