The answer is No. The explanation behind this is found in
Article III, it is stated there that the “Supreme Court shall have original
jurisdiction in all circumstances touching ambassadors, other public ministers
and diplomats, and those in which a state shall be a party. In all other circumstances
the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction”. Therefore if the legislature
augments to their jurisdictions, then there would be numerous courts with definite
jurisdiction.
