What is the best pregame meal for an athlete?
1. Chips and a sport drink
2. Hamburger with fries and a soda
3. Pasta with meat sauce, fruit, and milk
4. Steak dinner with vitamin water
I would say 3 or 4 because a athlete must be filled with food because of the exercise they would get tired b\easily and with out food I dont think you will be able to run or do some kind of exercise. My dad is a athlete trainer and he tells his students that it is always good to have eaten some good food before training
