The curtain has dropped on the closing performance of Yolanda’s first play as a director. Now she has to think about the strike, even though she knows her cast is thinking about the cast party. What does Yolanda need to communicate to the whole group to make sure the strike goes well?

Yolanda should call everyone together, and remind them that they needed to help take things down before going to the cast party. Maybe include that it's easy to get distracted by the party, but the strike is the next step for the night. Also saying that tearing down a whole play is not a one man job, and we needed to help each other. Then follow these words by spliting them off into different groups for different props.
