1 mile = 5280 feet so 1/2 mile = 5280/2 = 2640 ft

1 yard = 3 ft so 600 yards = 600*3 = 1800 feet

now calculate area = 2640*1800 = 4752000 square feet

acres = square feet / 43560 so 475200/43560 = 109.09 acres
