orange juice has a higher concentration of H+ ions. hydrogen ions give rise to the acidic properties hence a lower pH indicates a higher H+ ion concentration
pH=-lg[H⁺]

[H⁺]=10^(-pH)

[H⁺]m=10^(-6.6)

[H⁺]j=10^(-3.6)

[H⁺]j/[H⁺]m=10^(-3.6)/10^(-6.6)=1000

Hydrogenium ion concentration in orange juice is in 1000 times more, than in milk.
