This question was kind of confusing but if you divide 121212 by 222 it results into 546 which then is multiplied by (I assume was ment) 1.51515 and you get 827.2719 minutes!
I searched it online and it seems similar to the following: instead of "222" laps it's "2" laps and its "1.5" instead of "1.51.51, point, 5", and "12" instead of "121212". In this case the answer would be 9 minutes!
