If someone's parent I knew Put a prescription pill up a kids nose or tried forcefeeding a prescription med in there mouth by closing there mouth and nose is that considered prescription drug abuse.

It depends if that is the child's medication. If it is a drug that is not beneficial to the child or it is not prescribed to the child than yes that is drug abuse. You should probably call CS (Child Services) if you are involved. 800 422 4453. Please do call if you do believe the child may be in danger of mental or physical harm.
