so  hmm notice the picture below

all you really have, is one square, one rectangle, a semi-circle and one trapezoid on the far bottom-left

notice the semi-circle's radius, is just 1 1/2 of a unit
get the area of a circle with that radius, then half it, that's the area of the semi-circle

keep in mind, each block unit there, is 5 feet, so 1 1/2 is just 5 + half 5 or 2.5 or 7.5

now, to get the area of the trapezoid  [tex]\bf \textit{area of a trapezoid}\\\\ A=\cfrac{h}{2}(a+b)\qquad \begin{cases} h=\textit{height, or distance between parallel sides}\\ a=\textit{one of the parallel sides, or bases}\\ b=\textit{the other of the parallel sides, or bases} \end{cases}[/tex]
