Focus on whatever it is that may be annoying or aggravating you and causing you to do this habit and do something else such as fidgeting. It takes anywhere from 25-30 days to break or form a new or recurring habit. Get a pen to click or tap a pencil on your leg. Do anything it takes to prevent you from rolling your eyes. Keep this up for at least 25 days or more and you should be good but always keep an eye out of the habit trying to resurface. I did this and broke a lot of habits.
