I think the filtrate production would remain the same even if the liver is failing and is unable to make normal levels of albumin for the blood plasma. The daily production of albumin in the liver is about 20 grams in a single day and the possible total albumin in plasma is around 125 grams. Since only 3.3 grams of albumin filtered in human beings daily, it is filtered of 123 grams of albumin in the kidney.
