Equation 2) y+x=5
Add equations together.
2y=16
Divide both sides by 2.
y=8
Plug in Y into equation 1.
(8)-x=11
Subtract 8 from both sides.
-x=3
Divide both sides by -1.
x=-3
(-3, 8)
