If both resistors are equal, it is 5 V (if the wires have no resistance). If they are different, you can use a formula: U1 = U * R1/(R1+R2)

Voltage across the first resistor is 5 Volts. If they are different,  use voltage division formula: V1 = V x R1/(R1+R2) and V2 = V x R2 /(R1 +R2).
