The Constitution of the United States has six basic principles of Government :Popular Sovereignty Limited Government Separation of Powers Checks and Balances Judicial Review Federalism people are the source of any and all governmental power, and government can exist only with the consent of the governed
The six principal outline in the constitution are:
1. Popular sovereignty the people hold ultimate power in the government
2. Limited government, no government is all powerful every government controls the other.
3. Separation of power, each government is divided into 3 branches.
4. Checks and balances
5. Federalism
6. Judicial Review
