Hormones are the chemical messengers that are secreted through the glands making up endocrine system. They are secreted into blood which circulates through out the body transporting hormones to targeted receptors.
Example of few endocrine glands is pancreas secreting insulin, glucagon, thyroid gland secreting thyroxine, adrenal gland secreting epinephrine and nor epinephrine and others. Exocrine glands secrete through ducts such as milk, tears. Lymphatic system contains lymph and is associated with immune system of the body. Integumentary system is concerned with skin.
