A.) Name of Sn(CO)3 is Tin(lV)Carbonate.

'IV' indicates the oxidation number of Sn.

B.) Molar mass of compound = summation [number of atoms in compound x atomic number of that element].

Therefore molar mass of Sn(CO3)2, 
              
= at.weight of Sn + 2 x at.weight of C + 6 x at.weight of O
=    118.71 + 2 x 12.01 + 6 x 15.999
=            238.67 amu.

Hence molar mass of Sn(CO3)2 is 238.67 amu.
