When students have anxiety mostly it goes unnoticed and , their mental health is at risk, which can lead to social and behavioral problems, poor performance and learning, ignored hygiene, poor self care practices and low self esteem.
Many factors increase the risk of depression among students like having issues that negatively impact self-esteem, such as obesity, peer problems, long-term bullying or academic problems, been the victim or witness of any physical abuse. While school offers many benefits to students but over-scheduling, academic pressure and peers may give depression to some.
