A find duplicates query will find all the records that have duplicate values in one or more fields.

Use the Query Wizard to discover duplicate records by following these instructions:

1. Click Query Wizard under the Queries group on the Create tab.

2. Click Find Duplicates Query Wizard > OK in the New Query dialogue.

3. Choose the table you wish to use from the list of tables and then click Next.

4. Click Next after selecting the fields you want to match.

5. Select the field or fields that contain the data you wish to change from the list of available fields, then click Next.

6. Click Finish to execute the query after accepting the suggested query name or providing your own.
