The Privileges and Immunities Clause of Article IV, Section two of the Constitution states that "the citizens of each country shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the countless states."
Section 2.
A character charged in any kingdom with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice, and be observed in every other state, shall on demand of the government authority of the country from which he fled, be delivered up, to be eliminated to the kingdom having jurisdiction of the crime.
Article IV, Section 1 ensures that states admire and honor the country legal guidelines and court docket orders of different states, even when their own laws are different.
