Hemoglobin has been the blood protein that carries nutrients and oxygen. It releases more oxygen to active muscles because of the increased temperature and decreased pH.

What is hemoglobin?

Hemoglobin has been defined as the red-colored pigment present in blood that transports gases and wastes in the body. It is an important body fluid.
