total number of cats = 12

total number of dogs = 11

total number of rabbits = 6

then total number of hamsters = total pets - total cats, dogs, and rabbits

total number of hamsters = 33 - ( 12 + 11 + 6)

total number of hamsters = 4

also, on the pictogram one block represents 4 animal. then, total number of hamsters will be represented by one block.
