Lately, many companies have contacted Wood by Design to ask about buying their furniture directly from the factory and Roger has started thinking about selling his products online to reach a wider audience. He decides to hire you to advise him. You are a business expert and a knowledge worker and you have studied Busi 237. Roger asks you if his first step should be to hire an IT person to build the site. You explain to Roger that before he even thinks about starting to build the site he needs to make sure he has carefully thought about the business issues of selling online.
