A. A polar head that is Hydrophilic or “water loving”.
B. Two non-polar hydrocarbon tails that are hydrophobic or “water fearing”.
- They help in transporting the fluid outside and inside the cell
3. The phospholipids arrange themselves into a phospholipids and sterols (or two layers).
- Phospholipids works as an emulsifiers and sterols help in growth development of the cell
