What rhetorical features do these documents share ? why are there differences in the rhetoric of the declaration and the constitution?

Respuesta :

The Declaration of Independence was a 'declaration.' It was how Jefferson saw the country at their time and what he wanted for it to become in the future. The Constitution, on the other hand, was a document detailing the realization of the freedom of the country. It was the counterpart document of the Declaration's hopes for America.
