I believe the answer is the last one “getting large amounts of money to use immediately” I think this is correct because loans are there so you can immediately use the large sum of money on something like a car or house, I would look at interest payments as a benign which is what the other ones are saying so I’d say the last one makes the most sense hopefully this helps :)
