The Frankfurt Assembly took place in 1848. and inspired by the revolutions during that year, which started from Austria and were transferred to Prussia,and against Frederick William IV, who was afraid to give people a constitution. Thus a group of German nationalists in May 1848 met at the Frankfurt Assembly, whose goals were the creation of a united Germany, which would be liberal, legal and constitutionally managed.
