The historical event which occurred almost a century after Massachusetts established the first town government in 1633 was that Georgia colony was founded by England, in 1732.
Post Office Act was brought in 1872, so two centuries later. Benjamin Franklin was born in 1705, so that's half a century after the event. And Rhode Island declared slavery illegal towards the end of the 18th century.
