stopping the vehicle)?

Some circumstances can include:
- Car coming back stolen.
- Armed/violent suspect in the vehicle.

What the officer should know is mostly information about the car. It's license plate, tags, car make and model and color of the car, and how many passengers are within it. A lot of stuff in short.
