The stage of group development that this group seem to have reached is what is known as the performing stage.

The group is at the performing stage because the question says that all of the members are working productively and everybody knows what they are supposed to do.

At the performing stage, people would be more willing to get things done. This is the stage whereby everybody has the motivation of working together as a team. They find ways to solve issues at this stage.
