Eating healthy requires you to limit ingredients such as sodium, mostly found in table salt that is put in excess in packaged foods, added sugars in form of sweeteners that are added to soft drinks, yoghurt or sugar itself, refined grains and starches which are key ingredients in cakes, bread, cookies or other snacks and saturated fats which can come from animal products such as whole milk, poultry, fatty meats and butter.

Most students use unhealthy means to get into shape such as skipping meals but that greatly hurts their bodies.
