The film started off with a boy who was playing video games, and his mother walking in with a box. The mother gave the boy the box and says it's a present. He opens it, gets excited, but then get's annoyed and grossed out because of the dogs missing leg.
The throws the dog onto the floor due to that, and continues playing his game. After that, the dog see's a red ball and takes an interest to it. The dog rolls the red ball to the boy, and the boy just kicks it. He smiles once he see's the dog chase it and get stuck inside of the box he was once in. Being stubborn, he quickly changes emotions.
Finally, he gets sucked in and picks up the ball, and walking off showing his missing leg as well.
