When the French and Indian war ended the British won land so colonies went to the land that they won to explore so they went there and the British didn’t have enough money to pay for the French and Indian war so they asked the colonies for the money to pay for it, but the colonies refused and the king of Great Britain decided that he was king and he should have the power to tell his people what to do so he put tried forcing the colonies to give them money by setting up taxes such as “The Tea Tax, The Paper Tax, and The Stamp Act” so after the colonies started smuggling food and paper and foreign items with them into there state which Great Britain tried to stop which turned into the colonies going into a outbreak and rebelling against the British.
