Whenever a blue whale swims for food, its heart only 2 beats per minute. For the very first time, we examined the heartbeat of an untamed blue whale and observed something astonishing.

When diving for food, blue whales may lower their pulse rate to as small as 2 beats per minute. Normally blue whale heart rate  between 6-8 beats a minute
