I will probably scream a little and then take a hot shower, calming myself down. I will then make a list of all my assignments and due dates, prioritizing the most important ones and the ones with the closest due dates. Then I would work down my list using the pomodoro technique. While it is frustrating, everything seems more manageable after a good cry and shower.
