The place that would have the most teachnologically advanced countries would be the following three which are; China, South Korea, and The United Arab Emirates and Germany as well.

The reason for that is because these countries have had incredibly high economical boosts over the last few decades and they have grown as countries as well.

And one of the reason behind their economical boost was due to the fact that they took technology to a whole new level and so-called 'status'.

For example, In the index's eighth edition for 2020, Germany was named the most technologically advanced nation, followed by South Korea and Singapore and China and The UAE.

And the reason behind that is because they are famous for their amazing engineering and that's why brands like Volkswagen, Siemens, and more amazing brands.
