[tex]\dfrac{24}{3}=8[/tex]

The volume of water is 8 cubic meters.

We have,

1 cubic meter = 1000 liters.

8 cubic meter = 8000 liters.

Therefore, the quantity of the water in the tank is 8000 liters.
