Six Day war
In the year 1967, a war broke out between Israel and its neighbours, namely Egypt, Syria and Jordan.
The war lasted for only 6 days .
In the war, the Israel forces initiated the Operation Focus on Egypt on the 5th June of 1967. It was an aerial attack on the land of Egypt.
On the second day of the war, i.e. on 6th June 1967, Israeli Foreign Minister gave a statement to the UN Security Council stating the reasons for the attack on Egypt and the war.
