1) (i)a. The trees in the illustration with regards to (wrt) the view from the Sun is in motion as the Earth is turning around its axis. The tree is moving relative to the Sun as the Earth rotates such that the Sun sets
b. As seen by the airplane passengers, the trees are also in relative motion compared to the wings of the airplane
(ii) a. The trees are a reference point used by the man to tell that the airplane is moving. With the aid of the tree the man is able to tell that the airplane is flying by
b. The trees are also a reference point used by the airplane to know that its position is changing and therefore is in motion relative to the items on the ground
2) The wings of the airplane is in motion as viewed by the man compared to the trees and the building
(ii) The wings of the airplane is a reference point with regards to the pilot or passengers of the airplane with which he knows that the airplane is in motion
