The purpose of this research was to evaluate Virginia’s 21 Workplace Readiness Skills to make certain they aligned with the needs of employers to better prepare students to enter the workforce and be successful in their chosen careers. As a result, all CTE courses are now updated to reflect the revised 21st Century Workplace Readiness Skills.
