Everyone knows they can trust her and knows that what she does is for the good of everyone. Although she is a good mockingjay I personaly think that she forgets what she needs to do and lets personal feelings get in the way. (but who wouldn't) (-------SPOILER------) In the mockingjay on the way to snows mansion people she knows die. This could have been avoided if they came up with a better plan like disarming their systems and fly in and capture snow.
