If two triangles are congruent then all corresponding sides as well as corresponding angles of one triangle are equal to those of other triangles. This can happen in four cases
they are similar since they both have a 90⁰ angles and the lines are =. but I don't know if they count the size of the triangle if yes then they are not similar since they do not have the same area
