If you could plz help it would be greatly appreciated. Questions in picture :)

Notice that 8 can be written in exponential form of [tex]2^{3}[/tex]
When you see [tex](2^{3} )^{\frac{8}{3} }[/tex] , recognize that [tex](a^{m} )^{n} =a^{mn}[/tex]
3 × [tex]\frac{8}3}[/tex] = 8
Hence, the answer is [tex]2^{8}[/tex] . Which means 256.
Here is some indices rules/formulas you might find helpful as well:
[tex]a^{m} * a^{n} =a^{m+n} \\\\ a^{m} /a^{n} =a^{m-n} \\\\ (a^{m} )^{n} =a^{mn} \\\\ a^{-m} =\frac{1}{a^{m} }[/tex]
