With the release of enzyme, enzyme take part in the chemical reaction without utilizing in it.
When the enzyme release by any glands in the body, it attached to the substrate and speed up the chemical reaction without using in it. Once the chemical reaction ended, the enzyme which attached the substrate earlier detached and then attached other substrate in order to speed up the chemical reaction.
Without enzyme, chemical reaction occurs but at a very slower rate so we can conclude that with the release of enzyme, enzyme take part in the chemical reaction without utilizing in it.
