In this unit, we'll be considering what it means for a leader to "govern fairly."
What actions might a leader take to govern fairly?
What actions would show a leader is governing unfairly?
Think about historical leaders or leaders portrayed in books or movies you've
enjoyed. Did these leaders govern fairly? Why or why not?

a good leader would make sure everyone he/she is governing is safe.If someone is governing fairly they will see everyone's problems and not just certain people.most of the movies or books i watch or read the main character takes a stand against their problem and honestly alot more people should do that if you have a problem don't stay quiet stand up and say something, fix the problem. that is what governing fairly looks like.

Leaders would take citizens opinions or problems into consideration and make them feel safe and welcomed. An unfair leader gains his vote by intimidation, fear, and doesn't care for the citizens needs or safety. An unfair leader will mostly want control. The movies I watched and books I have read the leaders governed fairly, they fought for what was right, cared about citizens, they gained their votes by earning it not forcing it.
