(Yes in many circumstances say you were looking up the topic "Social Inequality in the 1800's" and you find 2 websites ones a government website the other is a blog. You will obviously trust the government website more since all in the website is fact not opinion. And when evaluating a source it is good to look at the author and see if they are credible or not another good thing is to see when this was last updated using a website from 2002 is not good compared to a website from 2019.) -Raymond :3
