He opened people's eyes to the hate and racism directed toward African Americans. He dedicated his life to trying to end hate and teaching that people shouldn't be harassed just because of the color of their skin. In my personal opinion, he was the best politician that has done his absolute best to end racial inequality. He did more in his life than u.s presidents do in their 4-8 years of being in office.
